1. Wheel wobble during operation

Causes:

1.1 Excessive bearing or gear clearance.

1.2 Improper tire installation.

1.3 Loose wheel housing bolts.

Solutions:

1.1 Adjust clearance.

1.2 Reinstall correctly.

1.3 Tighten wheel housing bolts.

2. Overheating

Causes:

2.1 Insufficient bearing or gear assembly clearance.

2.2 Too much or too little lubricating oil.

2.3 Clogged vent.

2.4 Damaged seals, oil leakage.

Solutions:

2.1 Adjust clearance.

2.2 Add or drain oil appropriately.

2.3 Clean vent.

2.4 Ring seal, lubricate.

3. Abnormal noise

Causes:

3.1 Loose or detached axle connection bolts or fastening bolts.

3.2 Insufficient lubrication causes dry friction.

3.3 Incorrect lubricating oil specification or insufficient quantity.

Solutions:

3.1 Tighten or replace.

3.2 Add grease to the drive shaft.

3.3 Add sufficient qualified lubricating oil.

4. Oil Leakage

Causes:

4.1 Damaged or aged oil seal.

4.2 Loose bolts, causing oil leakage at the mating surface.

Solutions:

4.1 Replace with new parts.

4.2 Tighten.
